Jason Eskridge, Nashville, TN, is a singer, songwriter, curator, and community builder. As one of Nashville’s premier vocalists, he has worked either as a background vocalist or opening act for countless award-winning acts, such as Zac Brown Band, Lyle Lovett, Gladys Knight, Randy Travis, Jonny Lang, Keb Mo’, Taj Mahal, Nicole C. Mullen, Marc Broussard, Robert Glasper, and Toby Mac. He has also been featured as a guest vocalist on numerous projects. His songs have been featured in major films as well as network TV shows. He has also had the opportunity to take his music abroad to South Africa, the Netherlands, India, and England.
In 2014 Jason created Sunday Night Soul, a monthly soul music series that he curates in Nashville that has become one of the city’s premier music events. Through Sunday Night Soul, Jason has cultivated a beautifully diverse community that finds its common ground in the unifying power of music, specifically soul music. He believes that music is one of the few things that can consistently bring people from all walks of life together.
