Adam Rose

Adam Rose is a dancer and performance artist. He continues to perform both nationally and internationally, presenting work in the past year at the International Performance Art Festival in Brooklyn, NY; Garbage World 7 in Philadelphia, PA; Rapid Pulse International Performance Art Festival in Chicago, IL; the Universidad Iberoamericana Puebla, in Puebla, Mexico; and at Pandeo, in Mexico City, Mexico.  He has also performed at Mobius, in Cambridge, MA; Waterloo Center for the Arts in Iowa; and venues throughout Chicago, IL, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, West Town Art Walk, Defibrillator Performance Art Gallery, and Chicago Cultural Center.  In March, 2014, Antibody Corporation, the performance company he founded in 2009, reached its five year anniversary. To celebrate, he curated an evening of fifteen performances by Antibody Corporation collaborators past and present.  Last summer he also began work on a full-dome immersive video project entitled “The Nyx Project” for presentation in a planetarium theater. Shooting for this project has ended and the video is now in post-production, with a premiere planned for Fall 2014.
